I think its so hard to find females because the males have the color and fancy tails. I have a blue/black male a half black female a red cobra female a blue female and two orange red females. Not sure of the color variety for the red orange females. All females are going to be mated with the blue/black male unless I get a realy nice male from one of them as all were pregnant when I got them. I am also trying to get blue swordtails by breeding blue Mickey mouse platys and blue tuxedo platys to black swordtails. Black swordtail male and female platys. Quite a few babies but seeing as platys were pregnant when I got them I think they are all platy fry. I'm having fun trying.

That's amazing. The coincidence I mean. I am very glad you found the truth, but I am sorry about what happened to your friend.

Another detail I want to record for my own sake is that the roommate had come across this blog himself when I last wrote about Alvin, which was another (as I recall seeing exactly one visit about that in my blog logs) crazy coincidence in what seems to now be a string of Alvin coincidences.

That popular I.Q. test is wrong, by the way. They only offer up to 21 triangles, but there are 27 equilateral triangles in that picture. It's the one with a large triangle divided into 16 smaller triangles. You can go to transum.org to check it out. Interesting.
